We are looking for a Junior Airtable / No-Code Developer to join our growing team and work on exciting projects for U.S.-based clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about problem-solving and logic-oriented development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop Airtable solutions tailored to client needs.
• Document and explain the logic behind developed solutions to the Project Manager.
• Build and deliver high-quality no-code solutions with precision and clarity.

Must-Haves

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field, showcasing strong critical and logical thinking skills.
• Experience: 3+ years in a relevant role with demonstrated problem-solving expertise.

• Structured and Organized: Ensures clarity and thoroughness in solution development and documentation.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Applies a logical approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Airtable Experience: Prior experience with Airtable is highly desirable. If not, hands-on training will be provided to master Airtable, as it is the core platform for client solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Coding Experience: Strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with no-code tools such as Zapier, Make.com, document signing services, and integrating AI into business processes.
